We collect limited and relevant customer information required to complete your shoe order and ensure safe delivery. This may include:
- Customers may cancel their order only before dispatch
- Once the order is confirmed and still under processing, cancellation requests are accepted
- After the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not allowed
- Order details such as shoe size, product selection, and quantity
This is because dispatched orders are handled by our logistics partners and are no longer under our control.
